Baarhuisje: Also charnel house or morgue. A Baarhuisje is a Dutch word for a building on a cemetery or hospital as a temporary storage place for the deceased.
Opbaren: This Dutch word means literally ‘laying on a bar’ of a deceased person. The revelation is an important part of saying goodbye. These are the last moments you can spend with the deceased.
